Just before entering the keep, I had Nalia join my party by accident. Then, I removed her and (stupidly) told her to wait at the copper coronet. When i cleared the keep, she wasn't waiting in the make-shift fort outside it. I went to the Copper Coronet and there she was. Problem is, she won't do the follow-up dialog (where you tell her that her father died and she asks you to be the figure head) I lost out on the damn experience!

Shadowkeeper is too slow, you have to reload the game.
