I will try to find something on the idea for a north american currancy but it was some time ago.
Thanks for the link.

About the US Press treating Canada as the 51st state....I haven't noticed it really...I do notice that mostly we don't see reporting about Canada or any other nation unless there are massive death tolls, or some other gaudy way to attract ratings...mostly the Press here just reports about local issues and completely ignores Canada, Mexico and all of central and south america...but that is just how I see it.

I find the wording of the poll itself to be fascinating...should the USA leave the UN? A poll is a very nuanced piece of material.

The USA HAS to be involved with the UN because of the infuence it carries. Should we change the parts we don't like? Of course.

Welcome to IW Mysticelt, the poll was a simple yes or no thing. No nuances. You were/are free to choose one of two diametricly opposed choices. Or none... I wished to see hwo people responded to the questions. I got my answers. All of the anncillary discussion is beyond the scope of what I was looking for, but fun any way.

Well I managed to dig up a few articles:

Well I am having problems with the links. I am thinking there are way too many question marks and variables that are giving it grief.

So here is what I did.
1. Goto: http://www.macleans.com
2. do a search on North American Currency

It will bring back 4 articles and the last 3 I have read. The 1st one is an interview with a bank CEO " " and not much on the currency issue.
