You should've got the sword when you solved the puzzle ! Look in your inventory or on the floor around where you were standing when you finished the pipe puzzle.

Lady Avalon: Lilarcor is a great sword, it would be a shame if you missed it because of some bug. Might be worth checking a saved game and trying again, but only if you have a character in your party who uses a 2 handed sword.

They spoil you for 2H swords really early in the game... You get Sarevok's Chaos sword +2 in the first dungeon, then Lilacor +3 as soon as you leave...

Eratai and patriarch are correct it is a 2h sword +3 not +2.

Actually, if you have Minsc in your party, you should be able to get the sword. they are a GREAT combo.
