Actually the battles are not that tough if you use the fog of war to your advantage. Cast some helpful spell, then run away from the group teleporting in. Cast web and cloud kills on them (using a wand for the cloudkills is easier and faster sometimes). Rinse and repeat.

You usually have to wait a day or so between battles. Of course, if you want to go toe to toe with the cowled wizards, good luck, they do have a lot of high level spells. If you don't web them, they will follow you around, so be careful.

in unfinished business mod, you actually have a way to get a free license with Minsc missing boo quest. Thats handy for me.

Thanks Harkoliar, that's how I got it! But boy is the "kidnapping of Boo" quest a pisser....rather buggy!!
