I'm 95% sure that the shopkeeper in the Shadow Thieves' guildhall in the Docks District sells that spell.

I'm 100% sure that its there. She's not a shopkeeper, she's a thief selling black market goods and pickpocketed items.

Someone who buys and sells stuff, illegal or not, is a shopkeeper in my book.

i dont care whether its stolen or not, cos the shopkeeper wont hav it much longer and wont get any money for it some people call it stealing. some people call it pick pocketing. i prefer: taken without intention to give it back or extended loan

Just make sure you pump yourself up with a few Potions of Master Thievery, then. Those Shadow Thief fences are a lot more cagey than the dotty fat old merchants in Waukeen's Promenade. Just a word of advice.

Cheers,

I think Potions of Master Thievery are the most usefull items in the game. I mean, everything else is just irrelevent.

Healing, can be done with magic
Weapons, do extra damage
Master Thievery, means you can steal a lot!!!

And, if you pick the right store, if you use two Potions of Master Thievery you can steal back more Potions than you used and also get pretty much whatever item you want from the store!

What more can you ask for???
