There are many references to the AC and after some analysis, I'm thinking it actually refers to the Terrorists around the world. Here's an excerpt that I find particularly interesting: "h. Peace after WWWIII === I p 281 (cVI-24) An American president with a strong Cancer influence will push for war and cause events to fall in place for it. But after WWWIII the populace will be repulsed by war and elect a new president. He will want peace and work for it, and peace will reign for some time afterwards." I have my thoughts on this but I won't say them here. Peace everyone.

Yeah, it worked for me. Don't feel like reading prophecy at the moment though hehe. I'm using IE6.

I don't want to offend anyone who believes this, but I wonder how many of these predictions are actually from Nostradamus, and how many are later/modern constructions.
Someone posted a topic awhile ago about some verses in the Qu'ran (9:11) and some similarity with the well known event on that day, speaking about a great eagle (the US, I presume) etc., but a quick look into my own copy the book showed that this was just an urban legend circulating the internet. Those passages spoke of something completely different, something about morals, if I remember correctly. In my eyes, many of Nostradamus' predictions fall into the same category.

This is a fake Nostrodamus "prophecy". He never so directly spoke of what he was predicting. The closest he came was naming the second anti-Christ as one born near a river with the name of Hister.
Hilter was born near the Rhine.

Stratos, you ought to know better.
Hitler was born in Austria, close to the 'Donau' (Danube) not even close to the 'Rhine'.

Ahh ... forgive me if I skewed a detail or two. I should know better than to post while still spleepy, esp on a complex topic like Nostrodamus. My point was that the Nostrodamus prophesies are specifically vauge, written in a particular quatrain format and never mentions "America".
The closest he came to being specific about a person was decribing a figure born near a river whose name he stated was Hister and when all the coincidental anecdotes and evidence are compared sound really close to Hitler. And THAT was the closest Nostrodamus ever came to being descriptive about a person or event. The rest is much more vague. This "prophesy" is a fake.
