... I have always been an obsessive collector. I collect postcards, I have thousands of the things. I collect all sorts of things. I knew, the first time I ever rode a scooter, that one would not be enough. And it wasn't.

So today in a moment of complete insanity, I spent the remainder of the spare cash I made on the sale of my flat on a 1969/70 Lambretta GP(DL) 125. It is gorgeous. I knew when I saw it that I had to have it. Reconditioned engine, resprayed in original colours and with original Italian graphics (gofaster stripes on the sidepanels and 'inkspot' on the leg guard).

Here it is, a pic of my new toy! And please nobody ask why I need 2 scooters, I have no answer.

LOL - obsessive collecter, how appropriate I just called you an obsesser on Pandemonium

Seriously though, congratulations Eppy! I can't imagine spending my last money on something like a second scooter but it shows how much you like them. And I can think of nothing better to spend your money on than the thing you like best

Hey, Epona, isn't that just like the one the guy in the last scene of Grand Prix rode up to Steve mcQueen's ex-gf on and asked:

"Can I buy you a drink?"

"No thanks, I don't drink."

"How about a cigarette?"

"No thanks, I don't smoke, either."

"Then, what do you do?"

(The girl answers with a lascivious grin.)

LOL, well now you have two scooters to choose from depending on your mood of the day. You can switch back and forth accordingly! *hmmm, I'm feeling Vespa today but tomorrow I must take the Lambretta I think*

LOL Well, congrats on your new Lambretta, Epona! You can add to the collection and have a scooter a day!
