After reformatting and reinstalling the drivers, I've noticed that all sound on the PC is echoed.
This includes playing MP3's, movies and even games. (Except Baldurs Gate sounds cool like this!! - sounds like they are in a tunnel!) Any ideas on how to return the sound to normal? The drivers were downloaded straight from the manufacturers website, and were installed without problem!

If you are running a Windows system, click start, settings, control panel, in XP, start, control panel if your using the default XP settings. In control panel go to the sounds tab, and check all the settings in there. Sounds like something got reset. This was easy to do on 9x systems, not sure about XP, as I have not encountered it yet.
