With neverwinter nights coming up and me spending more and more time on this board our telefone bill keeps rising.
So i deceided to take cable-acces since you pay the same amound of money every month and its quite a bit faster. Unfortunatly its incredibly expensive so my question to you is; Does anyone use a cable conection cause im wondering if its worth it. Or are their perhaps better (=cheaper) alternatives. ------------------  Those who watch their backs meet death from the front |

I am using cable. It is worth it. I have unlimited access all for $40 per month canadian

Yes, Dreamer...either Cable or DSL, whichever gives you the better deal.

i had cable and dsl at the same time before
i did benchmark testing and found the cable to be faster about 90% of the time. almost double the spead of dsl its worth it ------------------      Lord of the Screen Shot Get My IronWorks Winamp skin

I have a cable modem and I only pay $33.99 per month. Of course, I had to purchase the cable modem.

I'm using BTInternet. £15 a month for 24-hr access and NO call charges. 2-hr cut out time before re-logging in tho

I have cable for $45/month US. The company has a local monopoly right now. I love it. I upgraded from AOL and now if I can turn pages in a book faster that a web page loads I feel like it is slow.
