They can use celestrial fury... which stuns unless save on every blow.
But doesn't this make the monk stun blow ability useless in the late game? Uh... which is better? A fighter dual to mage or, a thief with 250% stealth dual to a mage? |

1.the stunning blow is more likely to stun
2.what are you more likely to want? a mage that can backstab or a mage that is a kick arse tank ------------------ Bruce The Aussie, Camp Barbarian Hunter OHF jester of LH and Master Beastmaster of the clan of the Kats |

They both save at no penalties! Why is stun blow more likely to stun?
In your opinion is the scarlet ninja to any good? |

Personally, I don't see the point of having a thief/mage with 250 stealth when a mage can get the invis effect from staff of the magi.

Also, if you were just wanting stealth for your mage, it seems dualing from ranger would have the same effect with more hp, weapon proficiencies, etc.

Monk's stun ability lasts for 1 round = 4 attacks, while with Celestial Fury the Monk will get only 1 attack per round. So, on that particular round unarmed is more likely to stun, but in general - I don't know.
