He's that clownish (well to me anyway) looking guy who mocks you at the Nashkel carnival...it looks like he has some sort of spell cast on him...anyone know what it is and/or who this kook is?

Just one more KAK creep wandering around the Sword Coast trying to start trouble for Kobolds.

Nonsense! He is merely wearing a Cloak of Scintillating Colours, that's all. (With his attitude towards people, he needs it.)

mumble...grumble...slanderous BYOB tosh...complain...mumble...

it sounds like a good idea to me, if people would just help the kobolds then life would be better for all. for instance I was RPing a Palachick in PnP once upon a while ago, and we got set upon in a cave at night by about 20 kobolds, being fairly high level adventurers (who constantly outsmarted the DM) we slaughtered them for impinging on us, except for one, a poor kobold by the name of Fuzzy Lumpkins, I took it upon myself to train him in knightly honor, and eventually everyone in the party thought
1) I was mad,
2) I was having improper relations with my squire (mr B.) or
3) That I was grooming a new character for myself for when the party tried sacrificing me to a red dragon for bringing a village of angry gnolls (around 250 give or take) down on us.

in the end the kobold became a paladin (when the GM switched to 3e d&d) and became a champion for kobold rights

{editted because a friend reminded me what the kobolds real name was}
