Hello everyone, I wonder if somebody with Shadowkeeper can do me a quick favour and look up the Global Variable for the Cowled Wizard magic license.
My game is steadily getting more decrepit and when I get to the dialogue choice to purchase the license, the only option presented is "no valid choices or links". I remember it being something fairly simple so have tried the following variables: COWLEDWARNING at 1, 2 and 3. I also tried adding in COWLEDLICENSE at 1 but also to no avail. A browse of all the variables didn't reveal anything else. I have no savegames kept to look it up myself and searches haven't turned up anything. Much obliged |

If memory serves, it's BRIBEDCOWLED at 1.

I think it was SoS that said "just kill them all every time they appear". They will get tired of that and eventually just leave you alone!

Ah, thank-you both! I shall try the code and resort to doing things the hard way if it doesn't work. I had visions of fighting never-ending streams of wizards, but if they eventually give up then that's another matter!

Slight spoiler:
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Indeed, if you keep attacking the Cowled Wizards once they pop in, they will eventually send two named Cowled ones, more powerful as well. Defeat them, and they will leave you alone. |

More powerful?
Try "As powerful as your party's mages will be towards the end of the game"
