I am Hugh and I have broken free from the collective!! Developped my own personality! Become an INDIVIDUAL...... AIEEEEE!

So, I'm in L.A. Bit of a rough trip here. After my jetlagged week, (and suffering ridicule from same-timezone-early-night-sleepers ) I went 72 hours with four hours sleep. Last night I had another 5 hours after 22 hours awake. Also, last night, I started finding the Callifornian dialect incomprehensible! Sleep deprivation can do wierd, wierd things to a brain.

Anyway, here I am, in L.A. feeling wierdly familiar with all the gumtrees, beaches, sun and bikini-clan eyecandy drifting by. I walked up and down Venice beach yesterday afternoon, and have checked out Sunset boulevarde, Mullholland drive, and Santa Monica Boulevarde.

Why do I feel like I'm in a movie?

Anyhow, I'm going to a rehearsal so I'd better buzz off.

Guys, Collective guys, I AM missing my jacket!! Unbelievable. That's gone everywhere with me. Claude, can you post it to my NY address PLEEEAAASE.

Donut, after our discussion, you might like to know that I had a look and found a charity to give to at the airport.

Mel, I read about my poor Bards depanted exploits....

Better go, back soon.

Hugh!! So good you've arrived safely! Don't worry, it'll only be a matter of time before the Collective sucks you up and assimilates you again

Yeah, Claude was going to send you the jacket (amazing you forgot it - you were wearing it the first time you visited France, and in Amsterdam as well - you basically lived in the thing ) but she needs the address!! So do I BTW, because you left your card, and I also wanted to send you some of that incense you liked so much

Oh, by the way, the weather's been great for the last two days - t last!

Hey Hugh!
Glad you made it back OK, have you come out of hibernation yet? What do you mean early night sleepers, everyone woossed out on me this morning at around 2.30am, the wimps.

As for your jacket, we were going to auction it on e-bay to fund more wodka and Bundy for the Table of Doom. Of course we had to get a feel for the goods, so Donut tried it on and it now has a new vent right the way up the back, Wolfie tried it on too and it was more than a bit tight across the shoulders so we now reckon you must wear several sweaters to make yourself look bigger

Best of luck with everything, and let me know next time you're in London! Not too many electric fences there, so you should be fairly safe.

Laura

The borg known as Hugh has an affinity with all things electrical - he has demonstrated moth like tendancies on more than one occasion
