I haven't decided yet, Wyvern. If you are playing Wizardry 8, is it worth picking up?

Hi choking!!!

I started Wiz 8 but have put it aside to work on various holiday projects that are very time consuming.

There is a lot to like about Wiz 8 from what I have played. I, unfortunately, fall in to the class of player who does not like to have my medieval CRPG mixed with sci-fi and there is a lot of that in Wiz 8. So I personally have not been as thrilled with the game as many of the other players (which is also why I can be so responsible getting my Christmas ornament gifts made

).

There should be several threads over on the Wiz 8 board which can give you a better feel if you might like the game. There is a demo available but from what I heard it is outrageously large which probably prohibits folks with less than light speed connections downloading it.
