Sorry I took a while to reply.
Gorgasim: All of the weapons you have stated are perfectly possible and should be quite quick and simple to create. If you do write up some descriptions, I will add them to the weapon text, then all your characters can conquer Ferun with their very own custom kit. SSJ4Sephiroth: I have never done a scroll before so I'm not really the person to ask for help, Memnoch might be able to help you though. And you would add -8ac to a weapon by adding the appropriate armour settings and make them active only when the weapon is equiped.
