On the box there is a screenshot of what looks like high hedge, but there is lightening going around it, in all the years I've been playing this I've never seen that part, and one of the characters has a blue plate, not the plate +1 but bluer.

Screenshots for box art have to sent to the printer WAY before the game comes out. Often you will see screens on the box that the developers have decided to remove from the game. Almost every game published has this idiosyncracy.

Yeah, that's like on the Goldeneye box where they have this gun that looks like an M16 and Ak, whereas the actual in game models look much more streamlined.
