I'm going on a shopping spree this weekend and was wondering what suggestions people had for games to get. I love W&W and usually play games like that but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I should look for.
If you could list your favorite W&W style game I would appreciate it. I'll let ya know what I end up getting.
Thanks.

Thanks jguay,
I've looked at that one before but couldn't tell from the box if it was good. Isn't there a sequel/expansion pack for it also? Is it hard to find anyone to play with online?
Thanks for the info.

I play EQ also. There are upwards of 50000 players on at a time. The expansions are called "Ruins of Kunark" and "Scars of Velious"

Very good game.

Hi Benihaha! Have you played Betrayal at Antara or Return to Krondor? They are really good games, but don't last as long as WW. I would like to find more games like them, but haven't. I liked the last King's Quest too. You don't get to create your character in these, but they are pretty good I think. You do get to fight and sell and learn spells and solve simple puzzels. Don't forget to let us know what you do get and how you like them.

If RPG's are what you like and first person perspective (like W&W) is your preference, one of the best ones I've ever played was System Shock 2. You can pick it up for less than $10 now.

Get a pair of new underwear if you pick this one up (it's like playing in a sci-fi horror flick).

Not normal rpg, but I suggest B&W.The fantasmagoria series was cool as well plays a bit myst like, with neat real live action sceens. Not everones cup of tea,but if you want to mix puzzles with blood and gore not bad.

Mammawlin - I have played Betrayal at Krondor and loved it. Is the Antara one the sequel? I liked Krondor but haven't played it in many moons. I'll keep my eyes open and let you know.

Rodizi - Thanks. I've never heard of System Shock 2. I assume there's a System Shock 1. I'll keep my eyes open and see what it looks like.

Sageridder - I've played Phantasmagoria 1 a looooong time ago and loved it. I group of my friends were in the room as I was playing it and in noooo time their were glued to the monitor, blurting out suggestions on what to do next. The chase part at the end and the guilotine were tooo exciting. I had girls screaming right and left...

Thank you all for the responses. I leave at 10:00 am tomorrow and won't be back until Monday sometime. Happy gaming. I'll be jealous.
