Ar-Cunin you have my sympathies. But I must say that I respect anyone that can write an entire masters thesis. I'm having enough trouble just slogging through my Bachelors degree.
Hang in there eh? As you say, things change pretty quickly. Just as the bad happenings come suddenly, so too do the good.

Actually upon reaing about the reasons for the change in policy, i found out that it was due to preasure from both loabour and employers unions - which goes nicely along with my conclusions.
 Now it is 'omly' some of my reasons for reaching the aforementioned conclusions that are slightly out of date [img]graemlins/uhoh1.gif[/img]
