I just loaded IWD. I am having graphics problems. The cursor and my main character are flashing on and off. The cursor has a sword on it so I can't even talk to anybody. If I go to a menu screen and return, it is ok for 10 seconds and starts flashing again. I have an IBM Aptiva P3 500 computer. I have all graphics options turned off and it still doesn't work correctly. I just finished playing Throne of Bhaal with no problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because I can't play the game.

Don't know about the flashing problem, but if the cursor is a sword, try right-clicking to release it. It should then go to a gauntlet and you'll be able to talk to ppl (or sword again if you're attacking a bad nasty).
