mook headquarter problem

I have got alliance letters of both, Umpani and T'Rang. I had allready been inside the mook headquarter but I did not manage to get the Chaos Moliri then.
Now I want to enter the Mook headquarter again, but the door is closed, nobody is there.
Any ideas how to open the door?

This sounds like a patch-related issue. Assuming you're running an earlier version than 1.2.4, you can download and install the current patch here:

my actual version is 1.2.4.
Anyway, I fixed the problem:
The reason was obviously a truncated savegame. The last four savegames where only about 650KB, the ealier savegames where about 1.6MB. I reloaded the last 1.6MB-savegame and the door of the mook headquarter was open again. No idea how this could happen.

Very strange indeed (only cause I can think of is that a write-cache somewhere wasn't getting flushed, but seems unlikely).
