Donate to temples to maintain a rep of at least 8 but no more than 12, if it gets too high you can manage rep by:
POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR THOSE NOT PASS CHAPTER 4!!

2) kill innocents (e.g. people in Jvsstev Estate in Government District)
3) take evil path for certain quest (e.g. hold the noble woman hostage in the Buried Alive Quest when you uncover the villians)

kill innocents? well yah, if you kill people outside, it will suck.

BTw is it true that viconia will not leave if you have romance with her, especially if your rep is round twenty?

I don't think so. My friend had Viconia and she left because of his reputation.
