Caleb, you can have mine. HA! Seriously hackers are just bored people with too much computer talent. An occasional spam prank is annoying, but nothing dangerous. Now crackers on the other hand (the malicious types) I have a problem with.

Bt the way, it isn't paranoia when they are really after you.

With the world becoming more and more 'computerised', we become less and less secure regarding personal privacy. It's something we have to live with. I shred personal info that is being thrown out, too, but you can't shred stuff that's gone out over the net. Anyone that wants it can pick it up. Even the local supermarket has records of your card numbers! They even print 'em out on the slips - and many people just leave the slips on the counter for someone else to find.
Wouldn't it be nice if we still lived in caves and just went huntin' an' fishin', lol! No worries about people stealing your bank balance - only about the next cave bear that came visiting!

Seti is a cool group. I have been running the software for years now. This is not the first time they have came under cyber attack nor will it be the last. I feel what they are doing is important so I help as much as I can but always do the best you can to protect yourself on the Internet. It is a dargerous place out here.
