Well I use a range of email providers, and so far believe it or not, hotmail is my favourite, only because of its compatability with messanger which I always use...If messanger could tell me when I have a new email in my gmail account then it would be number 1.

I agree with Hive, for the same reasons. I also have all my friends on my Hotmail acct, and I'm too lazy right now to switch over completely to my gmail.

google mail is called gmail. its still in beta so you can only recieve it through an invite. it has some nice features, including 1000 megs of space. i could send you an invite if you like, i got nothing else to do with mine.

Gmail doesn't seem to be user friendly when someone sent you multiple mail. Also the time it state on the mail arival is always wrong. A mail arrive 1 minute ago it says arrive 10 minutes ago!

I'll stake my vote for Fastmail (www.fastmail.fm). Run by geeks and not a corporation, so service is great, it's uber fast and could even check your hotmail for you (although i think M$ have blocked that now)
