Ilmater boosting *SPOILERS*

I know the Dreadmasters of Bane get +2 to wisdom when killing Hiepherus, and I heard Painbearers could have a similar stat-boost. It ashames me, but in the many times I have finished the game, I haven't found what quest or sub-quest boosts any stat (I hope it's wisdom) of the Painbearers of Ilmater. I cleaned the statue of Ilmater in the graveyard, but nothing. Te Ritual in the hands does nothing as well. Any help?

Where did you hear that? I've run a painbearer through the game and did every quest, and I never found this. I don't think this quest exists.

Me neither... it was on another forum. I neither knew the dreadmasters got +2 (and I played one, saw the message "Bane is pleased", of course got the bonus but never noticed.), and looking for that information i found a guy that says Painbearers got a bonus too. So, knowing that you good ol' Marty4 have played the game maybe more times than I had, I think there is no such a bonus.
