By the way, the cleric spell sanctuary is really a great spell too. If you are facing undead, just let the cleric cast sanctuary and start turning undead. All annoying little shadows will die, and the bigger ones will run away. Then put in the rest of the group. Or you can also use sanctuary combined with blade barrier, and you can kill everone by just standing next to them.
heh heh

I like spells, and I like Mage types a lot, but when you really get down to it, 'silence' at high level, and 'breach', works VERY well (Mage or Cleric lv 13 - 20) and then go in with your tanks.....

some of my favourite spells incluse incindiary cloud, ,time stop, and breach.

But by far my favourite offensive spell is magic missle combined with a spell sequencer for a total of 15d4 + 15 damage. heheh 15 magic missles in one shot is scary.

cumulative, is bad. Why put points in pick pockets when you can drink a lot of potions to raise it instead?

I actually had some serious luck with Prismatic Spray...I had a bear of a time trying to defeat the green dragon so I figured, What the hay, and cast Pris Spray on him, petrified the old bird and that was that...
