I created a party of two fig., a ranger, pri, mg and bard. Only two of them, the rang and a fig, have missile weapons. Is this "normal" for a starting party? If I can increase the number of members with missile weapons, how?

Priest and Mage can use slings and darts (both ranged weapons)
I think the Bard can use a bow..if you find one..I could be off on that though |
