my sleeping pattern has been completely absurd since the end of the xmas holidays

example: today i went to bed at 10 Pm, woke up at 4 AM and have school at 7
it is advantageous as im not just woken up by the time i get to school, but it is pretty bizarre

just wondering if anyone has this?

Yea, mine has been pretty bizarre too since the end of Christmas Break. I can't explain it, but when I get home, I can be full of energy and be out like a light three hours later at 6 pm and sleep until six in the morning. Been like that everyday this past week. Maybe there's something in the water causing this, who knows

I constantly have odd sleeping patterns, like no sleep at all unfortunatly. When I do get sleep its either for a few hours or half a day

Yeps, if I sleep at all I sleep only for about 4 hours at a time, usually in the day... If I fall asleep at night I usually wake up around 4 or so.

My exgirlfriend said I was a hopeless insomniac...

Hyper as can be at 4, out like a light at 9:30, and dragging myself out of bed at 7 to go to school...bizarre just about cuts it.

If left to my own devices, I would become nocturnal. It's a real effort to go to bed before about 1am even if I'm tired - I feel as if I'm wasting my life while asleep!

Last year during school holidays I did go nocturnal, slept during the day and was up and active during the night. Only saw parents as they were going to bed and I was getting up for breakfast.
