Im just trying to think of any kids who match the description "Evil Al", but the only one that springs to mind lives in Peterhead itself. And still has my copy of Escape From Monkey Island now I think of it.
Yeah i went to Peterhead Academy. I left last year after my S grades so i would be in 5th year now (just going into 6th year) if i stayed on.
If you ever went to the computer club my screen name then was "Nails". I'll try and track down that copy of Monkey Island, theirs a couple of people that spring to mind. One person still has my copy of Theme Hospital (strangly enough i don't really miss it).

Yep a its a par 3. It must have been a good game if you remembered that. A lot of people come to Cruden Bay thinking the course will be easy.... WRONG! And the hills are a bit steep but the views are amazing.
For in the summer i used to go ball hunting for the pro. For all the balls lost i only found a very small portion of these. and non of the 16th hole, thats called Coffins as i've just remembered.

The town I've lived for ages, St. Willebrord, is known for the highest number of Mercedes's and drugs barons in the Netherlands.
And my current hometown Eindhoven... Awg, Eindhoven is known because of Philips, a certain company that was responsible for the invention of the CD (!).

I used to live is that club. Except for when I was next door in the RPG club. My handle was "satan"(I had no taste), but I dont recall seeing you. Mind you youd have been in second year when I left, and Quake 1 dosent flash handles up prominently so I probably did shoot at you on occasion. Irish, Garbage Boy and Reaperman were who I was paying most attention to however. Since they were the best. I think Irish could have taken on Thresh (then world champion) on a good day.

Well I imagine we once had a convict settlement here, can't be sure but the oldest building is the supply building (it has a fancy name but I forget it) and supposedly there were convicts working in there. Plus Moreton Bay was a notorious penal colony and that's kinda Brisbane, just down the way a bit . We hosted the Goodwill games last year, and some over-excited people have taken to calling us Brisvegas, on account of all the night clubs . And we have Peter Beattie, most wonderful premier in Australia, in Australian history I would say (except for Joh lol ), presiding .

Great thread!! It's really interesting to find out the variety of things that places get well known for.

I'm currently living in Nottingham, famous for Robin Hood, lace, the Boots company and the Goose fare (a huge fare ground thingy held every September/October).

I used to live in small town called Fleet in Hampshire. People I meet usually know where it is, because there is a motorway service station there. It's not the greatest reason to be famouse, but at least it is on a few maps now.

Well more like the sound of a rocket launcher then seeing my own guts on the screen and the laughter of good ol' Doc. Jones. But any how if Garbage Boy's real name is Stuart then i know who you mean. You might know me if you knew Sarah (blonde with big... eyes) she seemed to know a lot of people in the senior years mainly cause she had a crush on most of them.
