To ground your self, just grab somthing metal. Like the metal casing the "goodies" of the computer is held in. I had this grounding problem with my Amp. shocked the P*ss out of my self.

You need to touch something which is grounded. If your computer is plugged in when you're working on it, then the metal case or frame is grounded. Touching the metal while working ensures that you are grounded as well, and you won't send any sparks flying into the PC where they don't belong. If you do, when they arrive, they stand a good chance of damaging whatever they hit...

so, i just reove the battery by hand while using my other hand to hold the casing ofthe comp then put the batterry back in after half a minute? okay, sounds easy enough.
