I voted other. Matter-antimatter reactions are best, followed by solar power, nuclear and then recycling waste. The waste thing is not very strong energy-wise, but we'd get rid of all that waste, that's for sure.

Why the hell is electicity on the list?
I mean, of course it is a useful energy medium for many kinds of technology, but you usually need some other kind of energy medium in order to produce electricity. After all electricity is not readily available in nature in concentrated forms.
