Lets say I start as a priest, and take all the level 1 divinity spells ( heal wounds, make wounds, bless ) and then change classes to a mage at level 2 ( I know its probably impossible stat wise, but just pretend ).

Now lets say I level as a mage for 49 more levels ( level 50 overall ).

If I cast heal wounds, make wounds or bless what level modifier do I get on it? level 1 or level 49?

I believe you only get the level 1 modifier. In addition, after switching to Mage, you can no longer add to your Divinity score either by training or adding points at level-up.

Yes, the game would consider that Lvl50 character as a Level 1 Priest and Level 49 Mage, so spells which fall under Divinity but not Wizardry (such as the three spells you've mentioned), would only be evaluated as a Level 1 Priest.

Though your Divine Magic (realm) skill would indeed continue to rise. This even happens in Mental realm for someone switching to Alchemy-only, even though there are no Alchemist spells in that realm...
