I am having an absolute blast here on W&W - even if I am 1-2 years behind the rest of you lot!!!

Now the question is....

Is there a plan for W*W2 or an add-on or ????

Seems some of you folk know the designers / archtitects (that is, if you not actually them ). So what is the future and is it worth staying up past my bedtime for - Ha

Question Mark

As far as I know, there aren't any specific plans for a W&W2 and there isn't going to be any add-on or anything. Awhile back a poster did e-mail D.W. Bradley and ask about the possibility of a W&W2 but he said that that there was probably going to be a W&W2 made but it would be a long way off. If you're interested in the thread you can do a search on W&W2 and you'll probably find it. I certainly hope a sequel comes out, it'd be a great game.

Question Mark

Rilly!!

I'd even play a game again if W&W II came out!

Save for the odd short game of Settlers III here and there or a game of Snood which are nice diversions for short periods of time (and not what I consider a real game), I have not played a game in ages!! Okay, I seriously do not have time for a real game but it doesn't mean I wouldn't like to have one drag me away from being a responsible and productive person!

Well I really would have liked a follow up on W&W! But IMO W&W still remains at the top of the CRPGs. I still enjoy it and is one of the older games I still play (along with Daggerfall). But a sequel? Yummy!

I've seen several versions of this thread & most posters seem to be of the same opinion that there should be a sequel or add on. Some of the ideas as to what W&W2 should be like are pretty good. If a good programmer was to look here he could just about have enough information to design a great game.
If some of the bugs were removed & some of the story ideas that I have heard here were incorporated I would love to play an "older" style game like W&W2.
I dont think Mr Bradley looks here anymore but if any of you still have his email address you should send him some of the W&W2 threads just so he keeps us in mind.
