Hi Everyone, I've been palying BGI for a while now but I cant seem to find the invitation to get into the ducal palace. I've looked at past posts and walkthroughs to find the thing but I cant see it anywhere. I've talked to almost everyone in Baldurs Gate and looked in the undercellar. It wasn't on the pair of assasins when I killed them. Can anyone tell me where this invitaion is usually found or a way of adding it to my inventory if the game has messed me around?

Err...I'd best wander on back there and take another peek at the corpses. I hope I can find it because the last thing I fancy doing is playing the game again after fighting my way to this level...oh well, here's hoping

If you REALLY can't find the invitation, try using Gatekeeper http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/bald...eeper10901.zip to place the invitation in your inventory. I know it's cheat, but in your case it seems like no other option is available...

You must talk to Tamako near the thief's guild. He will tell you to meet him by the FF. You don't have to though. He will tell you about Slythe and Krystin. Then go to the underceller and kill the two. They will even tell you about the ceremony. There are two benefits to go see Tamako a second time. This will enable you to see him later on; and, you will be by the FF to get arrested (sidequest).
