Could someone please supply a link for a list of item property descriptions for me please (like what vorpal does, holy avenger, wounding etc...). I've looked all over google with no luck and really really want to know

The D&D corerule books are your best bet. I'm sure someone could copy those descriptions out for ya, I don't got mine with me.

Go down to Magic Item (Weapons), and you'll get the 3E descriptions. I don't know for sure if these were implemented accurately in NWN though.

Also if you search on the bioware forums you can get alot of good information on this also which deals with how it works in the game.
