When you sign up it asks you what country you are from, hmmm I havnt used this account for a while(which is obvious with only 7 emails in it) but one of my other accounts still only has 2mb, so maybe it is random, or maybe it is because I had to re-activate the account...

My account has been up graded to 250MB as well... apparantly they are upgrading all free e-mail accounts due to the fact that they got such a great outcome with the paid accounts.
