We have a couple of birthday cakes, a heap of fruit juices, and I have hired a magician ...

Sorry to bother you all, but we are feeling very sad for Marc here - could you please, please, please send him a mail at marc.coiffier@wanadoo.fr, or an E-Mail birthday card ...

Claude! How awful! Poor Marc!
I hope he can understand that it isn't a reflection on HIM but rather the bad manners or lack of social grace on THEIR parts!

Cloudy, sending lots of hugs!

Message sent. I hope he cheers up, I know it must be tough. Frankly, the issue is at least as much with the other parents as it is with the kids. They were just plain rude.

Thanks ! Thanks to all of you ! Marc had never got that many mails in a single day ! The mails and cards sure helped cheer him up, and he just had a great time with the E-Cards. They are so funny !

You know what, I am sure no one of his 'friends' has received wonderful mails and cards from the world as Marc did ... (Sorry if I feel a little bit angry right now ).

Ramon, yes, Marc's birthday is June 28th, but we had decided to celebrate it the last Sunday before the Summer holidays. Hoping that his friends would not have been away in vacation ... And, you had it right, it is "Bon Anniversaire" in French.

Keep sending mails and E-Cards, please, please, Marc needs them a lot right now.

I can't think of a bigger insult then not showing up at your friends birthday. BAH, some friends he has, the poor soul must have felt terrible.
