What are you supposed to do for him so he is fully healed? I gave him a potion of extra healing the first time I found him. He says thanks, but that its not enough to fully heal him. Every time I go back to him, he asks if I've found anything to help him, but the only response I can give is No, not yet. Is there anything to give him or cast on him that will fully heal him, or is he supposed to remain injured? This is the last thing I need to do before going on (I've already cleared the ice wall).

Try casting a healing spell on him before initiating conversation with him. That should work...

You need to give him a periapt of wound closure it can be found
