I just started the game and am in the crypt. I've got the bauble stick and the crystal but I can't figure out where to use the crystal at. I read the other threads about the crypt but that doesn't help me figure out where the elevator room is.

Also I've destroyed all the crates on Rethpian's(sp?) level can I use something else to get back up the broken stairs or do I need to load up an earlier save?

What luck..2 questions,...1 answer...

The room that leads to the stairs has 3 exits and a solid wall. That wall is really an elevator. Look for a small depression, shaped like the crystal. Then click the USE/GIVE icon, click on use...etc.etc, and it will take you up to the tomb of F'lokis Ra.

Once you get up there, remember what Rethpian said about the secret chamber above the tomb. The exit from that chamber, bypasses the broken stairs.

*Also note; you can run/jump up the stairs, but right now you need to go the other way, get the neckless from F'lokis and talk to Kerah's statue.

moonraker!

I think most players have a little difficulty figuring out the crystal and the elevator bit so if nothing else, you are in good company. There is always a learning curve when you first start a game to get used to how their puzzles and solutions work. By the time you get to the Snake Temple things like this will be a piece of cake!

Keep us posted on how you are doing!

I found out where the crystal goes, figured out the secret room but now I'm back where the statue is and don't know what to do. I saw the urn up in the mummy's room don't know what to do with it though.

Am I missing hints or are there not that many hints in the game.

.. ..Did you pick up the neckless that F'lokis Ra dropped?

If you have the neckless, go up to the statue...Click on the talk icon..If 'Blessed be Kerah' appears on the scroll click on that, then click on the statue.
If nothing appears on the scoll, you can type it in and then click on the staue.

That will open the gate opposite the statue and give you access to the rest of the crypt.
