I dont now wat the best spear is , but the best halberd is The Wave .
(I think you can find the blade of the halberd by prins Virireoak(spelling) in the underwater city . greets - Nik |

hmm... i dont remember where i got the spear i have but i think its the best in the game... it has a 1dsomething +10 (something impaling i think...sorry i just stashed it with the rest of the treasures i have...

But i don't think there is a waepon with +10 |
