Just to add to the list of woes: where are Ronn_Bman and Silver Cheetah? And Skywalker... and Ryanumar. None of them are in the war forum anymore and it is getting decidedly lonely.

quote: I'm still around. I'm just busy looking for a job and taking care of my 6 days old baby boy As for Ronn_Bman, SC and Mark (Skywalker) they were seen at another forum. Ronn and SC post there regularly and Mark I haven't seen for about 2-3 months.

Has anyone seen a fellow named Gimli around here? When the board got back online a long time agow, he was one of the first people that came back. For some reason we were always argueing about something stupid(Remember Itshy and Scratchy Memnoch?).

quote: Thanks Melusine, his name is Nicolas. The funny thing is that it was neither my wife's or my first pick! We needed a bilingual (French/English) name that would satisfy the two of us. That's the only one we could agree on even if it was about number 15 on my list and number 20 on my wife's! But I have to admit that even at 6 days old, he does look like a Nicolas Darn, I did it again, I'm hijacking a thread! I met someone called Xandar Moonshadow at another forum while IW was down... when I mentioned IW in a thread he said hed been here once, but he left after it went down the previous time.

Congratulations Ryanumar! You could also get round the fact that the name was not your choosing by pointing out that the baby was born near Christmas I suppose. I am sure he will be a little Saint when he is older. And nice to see you still here as well!
As for the others I assume you mean CrC? I am logged on but frankly can't keep up with the posting there. Everyone posts SC style i.e. twice as fast as mortal man. I suppose it is good for debate, but it adds a certain frenzy that I am not quite used to.
