Might anyone know where I can find a program that can decompress and extract files from within a .bif? I have made an endless attempt at finding a program that can do this but have made little progress so far.

You have multiple options:

Near Infinity http://www.idi.ntnu.no/~joh/ni/ can pretty much save anything out of the game files. You browse by type of file (extension.)

WeiDU http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~weimer/bgate/ can browse and extract from MOST BIFFs, but not the hugest ones.

WinBiff http://www.teambg.com can save anything out of the game files, which you browse by BIFF (rather than by file type in NI.)

I went through the TeamBG website, and I found a link to the page that has a description and file size of WinBiff, but I can't find a link to download it. Anyone know of a link that can allow me to directly download it, or a where on the page it is. This must seem like a brainless question but I did find Winbiff earlier, but I couldn't find a link to download it.
