Please could any one tell me how to stop Minsc from taking
a freaky on me he keeps going crazy. |

Are you using his Beserker ability? If you are, be aware that he will attack anything that get's close (including members of your own party). A good tactic is to send Minsc into battle with a melee weapon and let him go beserk. Then have your other members let loose with ranged weapons and spells. Minsc's rage will wear off after a while so either run away or take all his weapons off him until it does. If you're not using beserk, remember that Minsc is a good character and if you're evil then he'll keep complaining. Have you got Dynaheir from the Gnoll Stronghold yet. If not, that should cheer him up.

Or he may be using the cursed 2 handed sword of berserking you get from Brage.

Also, if you've had him in your party for 10 days and haven't found his friend Dynaheir, he will call you a coward and attack the group. Only other reason I can think of is because you used his berserk ability, which will make him stronger in battle, but he will lash out at anything nearby, including fellow party members. If you have used this ability, make sure that you keep your party members away from him.
