ok, I am having trouble with my password online, so I hunt and hunt and hunted some more. finally find the site that supposedly tells me how to reset my ingame password. so I follow the instructions. try logginf into the game, and it tells me yet again invalid username or password! I used the same password I have used for months now so it would be easy to remember, so I try creating a new account, it tells me that name is already in use. anyone know how to retrive the ingame password here? or is Sadie and Nat lost forever?
never mind on that part, it finally let me sign in with the new password. but has anyone else had this problem before? and why is it so hard to figure out how to reset the password? [ 11-19-2004, 08:39 AM: Message edited by: Stormymystic ]

You mean the username and password to play online? No, I've never had that problem before. Maybe somethings wrong with Bioware's servers.

I think Bioware has an option that will e-mail your login and/or password to the e-mail address you specified when you created your account.

tried that, but forgot what email I used
 anyway I fixed it after an hour of hunting for just one hint on where to find my password
