Aerie is good NPC (especially in ToB), but she has no character strength. When Korgan starts insulting her, she just leaves, she does not try to defend herself. I think Jaheira and Viconia are much better personalities. They might lack some qualities (like mage spells) that Aerie has, but they have guts.
