In p&p only large creatures can fly. That basically closes out any character you ccan make in NWN In p&p you need to play a monster race to fly with them

No I meant with the dragon disciple classes But it's a bit confusing the way I said it there

But in PnP Dragon Disciples increases in size so flying is still an option if you're playing a medium-sized race.

There are no size increases in NWN (except maybe those for shapeshifting but you wouldn't have wings that way ) so you can't get it anyway.
It might be fun to play around with making a PC spell effect and and see if it's possiible to make them fly. With the write to 2da it might even be possible in some form though probably not complete or just for small distances |

the shifter prestige class can actually turn themselves into a dragon
too bad that you still cant fly heck even as the wyrmlings that you transform into at the start your not really 'flying' with, your still restricted to the same movement abilities as for a normal landbound person. |

The druid can change into a dragon too. Even in the original Neverwinter Nights it was possible to turn into a dragon.

It's possible to make them fly...I guess...although the engine cannot support flying or levitating creatures properly. You can however do that jump the Avariel do, a.k.a. the wing buffet, which allows you to leap into the sky (wings will flap and all actually) and then careen downward to land somewhere else in that area. This is the closest NWN's gets to flying.
