mage or sorceror?

I personnaly think that mages are more entertaining because you can scribe scrolls and
test out new spells, but with a sorceror you just get to pick at the first and your stuck.

I also downloaded the templates slot from sorcerorsplace and sorcerors make better liches.

i concure mages are better because their spells are more combat based and ooh pretty colours. Nut when i decided to play a not so combat orented game (rescue Imoen then wander around) i use a sorseror.

I think people should play a mage first, become familiar with the ins and outs of spellcasting, then switch to playing a sorcerer later. The experience gained this way will make sorcerers more interesting (and easy) to play; it will also help when choosing spells.

I much prefer mages, they are far more versatile. Many people are at first tricked into believing that sorcerers are the better class - but I do not believe this is so.
