You might want to have one character become a Ranger for a while to gain the fletchery trait, which allows you to create your own arrows. I have dragon and taekatsu arrows that I have blessed and the new created arrows will have the same stats. I also buy arrows from guilds and sell them back for more than I paid, the merchant trait makes this all even better.
