I'm in the blacklake district right now and have some questions:

I have a silver chalice of moonbow, what do I do with it?
I also have a portrait of sir reginald III, I guess I have to give it to some1 called oplha, where is she?
Theres a house with a sewer behind a bookcase and a door which I cant open, how do I?

thanks for help

the chalice is part of Linu's henchmen quest, the portait is part of Ophala's quest (she runs the moonstone mask in the core), to open the chest you need the items for the tomb of never quest (ceremonial arrow, sword, shield) they can be picked up in the peninsula district if you don't already have them, btw, once you open the door be prepared for a swordfight

I can only answer the second question.. Ophalia (or watever) is in the city core, she is the head of the Moonstone Mask and gives you the quest for the 3 art pieces

Note that Ophala's quest is the rogue quest in chapter 1. Anyone can do it, but if you can't open a lot of trapped and locked items, you'll find it very frustrating.

the guard house (marked on the map) in the peninsula district, it's up the street (far right side fo the map, on the left (IIRC) side of the map.

The documents for Tomi's henchquest is in the beggars nest in the wheelwrights shop

The tomb is not marked on the map. From the militia HQ, you will see a merchant shop right next door. The tomb is one door to the north from that shop.

You need to have the letter from Oleff before you can do this quest.

ok I got all that and went into 2 of the tombs (1 with 4 swords was quite hard) but theres still something I've not done and I dont know what. The journal only says theres 3 tombs and that I've been in all 3 but the temple guy says theres some stilll to be found and I still have the cerimonial sword...

There's actually four tombs in all. The one in the Peninsual district doesn't count, since there's no artifact there to recover. You just get the keys for the other three tombs there. Have you found the one in the Docks District yet? It is somewhere in the Aqueducts. You'll encounter it if you follow through the main quest in the Docks area.
