Normally, I don't do anything, I could be absolutely petrified, but I just pretend nothing's wrong, and do what I otherwise would. But if it's deep, like a sickening gash that slices the mind and consciousness like a broadpoint arrow, I find myself clinging to sanity by mere threads, wondering where life came and went, and if reality still meant anything.
