ok azurewolf, look at our country 40 years ago, before the liberals during vietnam poked out their whinny heads. society in America was MUCH better than it is today. kids didnt go to school and murder each other, drugs didnt run rampant in schools, etc. but now, with the lack of discipline in todays youth, all of these things are coming up. girls are having babies at 13 years of age. in Japan, you can leave your door WIDE OPEN while you sleep if you so wish, and the odds of you getting robbed are slim to none, unless some American is walking by. here, i have to get up two or three times a night to make sure my doors and windows are locked, my dagger is under my pillow, and my pistol is within arms reach. dont get me wrong, i LOVE America, i just hate the way the people in this great country have become. we as a society have fallen, and it shows in the actions of our future leaders....our children!!

Huckelbery Finn anyone?
The fact you have to spank ur children shows you cannot raise your children the right way and that seriously lack communicational Skills
Ah the good old pre-vietnam time ey?
When black people were still Separated from the white "
When Slavery was Still installed
Good ol' America...

Think about this for a while
If you and all those other spanking parents didn't have guns in armreach at all
how would those shooting children get a motive and a gun to sh0ot at all?
Here in the netherlands You are not allowed to have a agun near armreach, but you have to store it in a safe place WITHOUT AMMO which you have to store in a different place
That is IF you ca get a gun at all
And We in the netherlands have never had a school shooting accident/murdering

I would like to add that when he wanted to come to Australia he'd recently been charged with Aggravated Assualt when he pulled a 9mm pistol on another rap group called Insane Clown Posse. Thats a FELONY

My point is this, Australian law prohibits a convicted felon from entering its territories. How the heck did he get in here. Were the charges pending trial or had he been tried and found not guilty?? I have no idea as to how he got in here.

Perhaps its my negative attitude, but I'm thinking that they simply ignored his charges and\or Police record simply because they knew how much money they could make off of taxing his ticket sales.

Sad, but most likely true.

Any clues anyone???

I think they settled out of court. Kim Basinger is going to play his mom in a upcoming movie.

As for his money... I have two words.... Vanilla Ice.

Remember how much money he made and what happened when he was no longer popular... he worked at a sports shop. Which is still where he is last I heard - he may even own one by now.

Some folks spend it as soon as they get it. Even doctors live on credit.
Vanilla Ice didnt have 3 top 5 records He could live off the royaltys if his career tanked tomorrow.

Possibly its something to do with someone who has a criminal record in Australia, who's escaped prison and fled, isn't aloud to re-enter the country unless they're extradited or something ??

Nope. I'm an immigrant to Australia. Im originally from Dallas Texas.
They do a background check with the FBI before they will even sell you a plane ticket to Australia. It takes about 30 seconds and then if you pass they give you an Electronic Visitors Visa, which is good for 90 days.

It had to be one of two things. Either he hadnt actually been convicted yet, or they ignored his record so they could make some cash off the ticket sales. Sales tax here is called GST and its a flat 10% on everything sold. Calculate that by $84.50 per ticket and the MCG in Melbourne hold 120,000 people. They made more than 1 million in taxes off of ONE concert. (I think thats where he played correct me if I'm wrong.)

Capitalism at its finest (circumventing the law in the name of CASH.)
What are all the rules for if the government can ignore them for its own convenience????

Um. one more thing guys. Vanilla Ice is broke for a reason. He plaguerised a bass line from the Queen song "Under Pressure", with David Bowie. They took him to court and sued for $25 million, which just happened to be EVERYTHING that he made off his record sales. Adios Ice Man

Last I heard he was trying to put a Heavey Metal act together. Maybe him and Pat Boone could get together and redo "Born to be Wild". Then again, they might get sued if they did hehehehehehehehe
